Returns Policy

The Australian Consumer Law sets out certain consumer rights and remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Our Returns Policy is in addition to and does not exclude, restrict or modify your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or accept product returns if you change your mind or provide an incorrect delivery address.

• Faulty or damaged products

We will accept product returns (within 14 days) and provide you with a refund or replacement (within 14 days) where: (i) products are faulty or damaged; or (ii) incorrect products have been delivered; and (iii) you provide us with adequate proof of purchase.

• Limited money back guarantee

We pride ourselves on the milk-boosting benefits of our lactation cookies. We understand, however, that sometimes the boost in supply may not be what you thought it would be. If that’s the case, we’re happy to offer a refund of the price of a single box of lactation cookies (less the delivery fee) subject to the following conditions:

• the offer is only valid for your first order from this website;
• you must request the refund by email to hello@milkygoodness.com.au within 2 days of receiving your order;
• you must be currently breastfeeding; and
• you must have followed our recommended consumption of 1-2 cookies per day.
