Refund policy

Returns Policy

The Australian Consumer Law sets out certain consumer rights and remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Our Returns Policy is in addition to and does not exclude, restrict or modify your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or accept product returns if you change your mind or provide an incorrect delivery address.

• Faulty or damaged products

We will accept product returns and provide you with a refund or replacement where: (i) products are faulty or damaged; or (ii) incorrect products have been delivered; and (iii) you provide us with adequate proof of purchase.
