Delivery Policy

• Your delivery options

We offer standard delivery and express delivery to addresses in mainland Australia, Tasmania and New Zealand.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before midday on a business day on the same business day, and all other orders on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, please allow the following delivery times:

All dispatch and delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to processing and postal/carrier delays and matters beyond our control.

We use several carriers to deliver our orders. You may receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. All tracking information and updates are provided by the carrier.

Depending on product availability, your order may be split into different deliveries, by different carriers, at different times. You will not be charged any additional delivery fee for this.

• Delivery address

Your delivery address cannot be changed after you have placed your order.

A carrier may be able to redirect your order to a different address but we do not guarantee that this can be done. You should contact the carrier directly.

• Your authority to leave

You agree that your orders include an authority to leave. This means that carriers can leave your order unattended at your delivery address without a signature. Please note that if a carrier determines that the location is not secure, they may decide not leave your order unattended and deliver it to a collection point. You are responsible for collecting your order from a collection point.  

• Return of orders/delivery failure

If your order is returned to us for any reason, we may in our sole discretion provide you with a refund or a credit note for the price of the order less the delivery fee and a restocking fee.
